Buying Off The Plan Services Include

✅ Reviewing the contract of sale and Section 32 Free of charge.
✅ Calculate Stamp Duty Savings applicable to off the plan transactions.

✅ Communicating with the vendor's representative & keeping our customer updated on the progress of the plan of subdivision and occupancy permit where applicable. 
✅ Communicating with the bank throughout the settlement process (If applicable) 
✅ Preparing the statement of adjustments on behalf of clients as well as applying for necessary title, owners corp, planning and rates certificates ( if applicable)
✅ Preparing settlement statement and advising clients of the final funds required to settle.
✅ Forwarding the notice of acquisition to the council and water which secures the change of ownership.
✅ Finalising settlement by providing clients with a Settlement Statement and Tax Invoice.
